School Photos - Murillo Foundation Shoe Donation
UA's Wilbur was greeted with glee by Mission View Elementary School! The entire Mission View student body shopped for Nike shoes at the Nike Store located in Tucson Premium Outlets. Each student got a free pair of shoes and then selected socks to go with them! The donation was made possible by the Ramon Murillo III Foundation. This family foundation was started after Ramon passed five years ago. He loved athletic shoes and the foundation was formed to support his passion and to encourage participation in sports! The students wrote thank you notes and expressed their appreciation.

At Mission View Elementary, students carefully selected items for a time capsule burial! The capsule, filled with their chosen treasures, will remain buried until future students dig it up in 2073 and learn about what the school was like in 2024.
