Mission View has been recognized as a 'B' school by the Arizona Department of Education for the 2023-2024 school year!

Reading Inteventionist Maria Elena Peña was surprised with the Evelyn Jay Award, presented by the Educational Enrichment Foundation (EEF). This award honors the legacy of Evelyn Jay, a dedicated TUSD teacher and reading specialist, and recognizes educators who demonstrate exceptional passion and skill in teaching reading to students in kindergarten through third grades. Congratulations, Maria!

Our 21st Century after school puppet class presented their performance to the entire school! A huge thank you to Ms. Liz (director), Ms. Olivia Tineo (co-director), Ms. Liza (support) for all of the hard work they put in to make this production possible. Watch the full performance.

Field trips are an exciting and educational part of the preschool programs in TUSD. Our preschool students have been to Wild Katz, the ostrich farm, and even Peter Piper Pizza!

On Feb. 27, we had Pima County Attorney Laura Conover come to our school to read to 4th grade Dual Language and Ms. Arndt's class. She read "The Ninjabread Man" and "All Are Welcome."
